Once the adventure has begun, the Klanik Academy and our KAMPUS-certified training organization guarantee your skills development through a variety of formats: e-learning, coaching, training courses, certifications... 

 

Can you finally see yourcareer path taking shape? So do our HR people, and they're here to help you map it out: assessments, assignment follow-up, proposals for internal and geographical mobility opportunities... 

 

The Klanik tech experience is also about sharing, exchanging and bringing expertise to life, beyond the company's mission. To achieve this, our consultants can : 

- take part in regular workshops and join communities of interest on Workplace and Kreddit, our collaborative tool inspired by Reddit

- host or follow TEK.LIVES, our digital meetups

- take part in tech events around the world, as a speaker or visitor 

In addition to all this, each consultant can, if they wish, get involved in the corporate life of the group: 

- propose innovative projects and participate in their development. Examples: World of Klanik game; Chaos Day platform...

- choose one or more Act'in Klanik roles: technical validator, esport streamer, tech blogger, coach...

- submit a business idea to our KORNER start-up incubator
